Daniel P. Stimpert

Daniel Paul Stimpert was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1988 and the California State Bar in 1990. He received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota in 1982 and his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988, including a two-year judicial clerkship for The Hon. Hyam Segell, Judge of District Court, St. Paul, Minnesota. He currently specializes in all phases of civil litigation through appeal involving commercial and residential real estate development, collection and corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on trial representation. In 1995, Mr. Stimpert was certified as an arbitrator by the Los Angeles Superior Court. In 1999, he began serving as Judge Pro Tem presiding over civil non-jury trials as well as traffic trials, arraignments, and unlawful detainer trials.  Mr. Stimpert is also a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1990.  He has been rated one of the “Super Lawyers” for 2012 - 2016. He has also been selected as one of Los Angeles Magazine's top Attorneys of Southern California for 2013 – 2016.  Mr. Stimpert is admitted to the Federal Bar in the Central District of California as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.  He has often appeared as a guest lecturer in graduate courses dealing with real estate law.

Ian J. Ford

Ian James Ford was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration cum laude from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995.

For the past twenty years, Mr. Ford has primarily managed the Firm’s tort litigation, collections, and labor dispute cases. Mr. Ford is admitted to the Federal Bar in the Central District of California.
